REDfour consultants undertake a comprehensive and independent review of company security policies, structures and processes to ensure these are effective in dealing with potential threat.

REDfour service offers an in-depth assessment of the following areas:

• Background and operation of the locations (i.e. environment and work routine at the locations)
• Existing security policies/procedures – including evacuation planning. If no existing policies and procedures are in place, REDfour will introduce systems, ranging from high level strategic documents to business site manuals, policies and procedures, contingency planning and incident control pertinent to each country.
